After completing a 4 year Bachelor degree in Health Sciences at Western University, I went on to attend the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in Toronto. Since then, I have obtained my prescribing license, allowing me to prescribe Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) and dive into my focus area of women’s hormones and menopause.
My goal as an ND is to always listen first, and work together to provide you the skills, knowledge, and evidence to make the health choices that work best for you. I use clinical diagnosis and laboratory testing to determine your complete health history in order to address all factors contributing to illness. In treatment, I use a combination of acupuncture, herbs, supplements, as well as lifestyle and dietary counseling uniquely prescribed for each persons needs.
